Brittany Mahomes shares health update and advice after back fracture.
An update on BRITTANY Mahomes’s recuperation from a severe back injury has been provided.
In early March, Brittany Mahomes, the spouse of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes, disclosed that she had experienced “a fractured back.”
The 28-year-old Brittany posted a selfie to her Instagram tales revealing her injury.
The mother of two used the occasion to inform the public about her injury and to provide other mothers with some health advice.
“Just your daily reminder: Once you have kids please take care of your pelvic floor. Seriously,” Brittany captioned the snap.
“From A girl with a fractured back.”
It’s unclear exactly how Brittany hurts her back.
Brittany appears to have made good progress in the two months since she disclosed her injuries, which is fortunate.
“I’m doing great,” she told E! News.
“I’m living my best life. My back is no longer broken, so that’s good.”
In fact, Brittany’s recuperation has gone so smoothly that she can resume her workouts at the gym.
“I’m finally fully recovered and back to doing the things that I’ve always been able to do,” she said.
“I’m staying on top of my health.”
Brittany attributed her quick recuperation to her determination to stay “active and healthy for my kids and my dogs.”
Her two children, three-year-old Sterling Skye and Patrick Bronze Lavon III are with their 28-year-old spouse.
Steel and Silver, two dogs, are also owned by the young family.
Despite her injury, Brittany had a great year in 2024 as she not only supported Patrick in his third Super Bowl victory but also made a splash in the yearly Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.

“I want people to know that they can accomplish anything, even things you never thought would be possible in your wildest dreams,” she told SI.
“As a girl from Tyler, Texas, who only really knew sports, never in a million years did I think I’d be in [the SI Swimsuit Issue].
“I’m just so grateful for this opportunity.”
Brittany modeled for the 2024 issue alongside celebrities including Paige Spiranac, Olivia Dunne, Camille Kostek, and Xandra Pohl.
